Hard Boiled eggs are a problem for many of us. Green yokes, sticky shells, etc.
Here is a method that I heard about on a radio cooking program.
It is easy and works predictably.
1. Eggs need to be at least 4 days old.
2. Steam Eggs for 12 minutes
3. Cool in bowl with straight tap water (no ice)
This is a photo of my first trial of the steam
method.
Egg shells pealed cleanly. Yolks are cooked and
yellow.
This is all I got. I have no more cooking tips.
